These Terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our store. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Products
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight color variations may occur due to screen settings.
All gemstones and metals are as described in each product listing. Certificates of authenticity are provided with each order.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout.
4. Orders and Cancellations
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters processing immediately. Cancellations may only be requested within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at handm320@gmail.com.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over 2,000 EGP. Delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
All orders are shipped with insurance. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence.
6. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns on unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Custom or engraved items are non-returnable.
To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and product descriptions — is the intellectual property of El Khawaga Jewelry and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, El Khawaga Jewelry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
