Returns

We accept returns on unworn items in their original condition and original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and unworn
• The item must be in its original packaging and gift box
• The certificate of authenticity must be included
• A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or engraved pieces
• Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery
• Items without original packaging or certificate

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at handm320@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
